2 Week Guarantee Requirements

All family members living in the home must be checked and/or treated for head lice for any guarantee to be honored. If you decline anyone being checked or treated that lives in the home you are not eliminating every source of reinfestion. If you find lice after a treatment you will have to pay for another service no exceptions will be made. 

Once the entire household is checked and treated for lice a recheck within two weeks will be required for any guarantee. No exceptions will be made if you do not recheck with two weeks after your initial treatment date you will void any guarantee and will have to pay for treatment again. 

After your recheck is done and the entire family is checked and cleared we will offer a two week guarantee. We guarantee that you will not find any bugs in the hair. If you find any bugs in the hair we will come back and retreat and check the entire household for free. After two weeks we make no guarantees as lice can always come back especially if you have close friends or family that have lice and are not professionally treated. Travel fee will not be waived for any free retreatments.
